OEM/ODM Process
We have more than 20 years of experience in OEM/ODM field and have served more than 40 customers in more than 20 countries. Our rich experience ensures that your needs are met in every way. If you have relevant needs, please refer to the following cooperation process
When customers have OEM/ODM requirements, we will communicate with them in depth to understand the hose application scenarios, working pressure and burst pressure, hose appearance, printing tape design etc.
Once the customer's requirements are confirmed, we perform rubber formulation confirmation, as well as laboratory testing. Then we start sample trial production and take samples for pulse test to see if we need to make adjustments to the rubber formulation.
After the customer confirms the sample, production, packaging, warehousing and delivery are carried out in accordance with the final confirmation of requirements with the customer. “ONMES” cloud production management platform ensure data traceability for each batch of orders.
Recent Projects
We have been using hydraulic hoses to transfer high pressure oil and hydraulic fluid, and these hoses are ideal for use on factory lines because they are abrasion resistant and durable, and can withstand repetitive use and intense working stresses.
Hydraulic hoses play a very important role in our robotics manufacturing. These hoses have the strength and toughness to withstand the high speed movements and complex motions required by the robots, providing a stable and reliable hydraulic system for our robots.
In our automotive manufacturing plants, hydraulic hoses are used in a wide range of automotive braking systems and suspension systems. These hoses provide a reliable solution for our automotive production by offering high pressure and high flow transmission capabilities while withstanding the high intensity driving and braking demands of motor vehicles.
We use hydraulic hoses to transfer gas during production because these hoses can withstand high pressures and temperatures. Their flexibility and durability allow them to adapt to a variety of different production environments and work scenarios.
In our oilfield drilling work, hydraulic hoses are widely used to transfer hydraulic oil and water. These hoses have good abrasion and corrosion resistance and can withstand harsh working environments and high intensity use requirements, providing us with a stable and reliable workflow.
In our mining process, hydraulic hoses are used to transfer compressed air and water. The durability and reliability of these hoses allow them to withstand harsh working environments and the demands of high-intensity use, providing us with a stable and efficient workflow.
